Default Possibly starting a new job

Had an interview for a job today. Interview lasted just short of three hours including demonstrating one of the machines. Similar kind of machines to the ones I already work on but in a different industry and they look much easier to work on.

It's 4k a year less than I'm on now but no fuel to pay for so that cancels out the deficit then the 5k a year car allowance bumps it up to a nicer package. They have no issues with me using an 04 plated car and I'll end up doing less miles per year even though this is classed as a field role. Apparently, my comments about doing my own car maintenance including replacing the clutch went down very well

Feedback from the recruitment guy is very encouraging and I should find out for certain early next week. I so hope I get this one.

Current job is on mail inserters and sorters. This new job will be on high speed cheque verifiers and document scanners - if I get it
