Default Peugeot 206 Overheating problem - Please Help!

Hello All,

I was wondering if someone may be able to help as I'm fairly new to this
I have a peugeot 206 1.4 petrol 03 Plate
Recently the temprature gauge would sit at 90 and then move up to 95/105 intermitently depending on when I was stuck in traffic or moving.
I was driving last week at about 45mph and the needle jumped all the way and the STOP sign came on, however within 5/10 seconds it went down to 90 again and was fine
I checked the engine and it wasn't overheated as no steam leaks etc

Worried, I had this checked out and since have had the following replaced:

Radiator cooling fan (2 speed air con)
Relays - Both Green ones for 2 speed
Temprature Sensor
Radiator bled and filled back with coolant

Since then the STOP light came on again for a few seconds yesterday and went back down

I noticed the fast speed fan is coming on when at 95 however the slow speed fan is not coming on at all even when the air con is on

I'm not an expert I've only gone with what I've read on forums to try and resolve the issue

Maybe the wiring attaching to the slow speed relay is loose etc? Thats all I can think it may be???

Any help would be much appreciated
