Need replacement car!
Looking to change my Saxo for something like a Citroen Berlingo car. Going to be looking around the 53/54 reg age.
Does anyone have any opinions of what to stay clear of. It will be used for local journeys to do with my gardening business and will be used to pull a small trailer. I don't particularly want a van.
Do any models have DPF's and or DMF's to stay clear of.
I've got diagnostics so will be able to check out for any faults in memory.
I know it's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string.
All comments welcome.

I think its safe to say the 90bhp models won't have DMF or a DPF.
Other than that, follow the usual advice on full service history, especially clutch and cambelt. They'll both need doing around this time on a ten year old car. And go for the best trim level you can. I'm not sure of how they mark up their models, I think SX is a fairly good trim model.
I had a 2000 Berlingo van from new and did 120,000 miles in it without a single issue.
