Default How Many Times A Day Do You ....

Make a cup of tea or coffee .... ?


I usually have between 10 - 15 Coffee's a day ...


Is that excessive ...

Was worried about opening this

But around 4-6 cups of tea a day , i detest coffee from the age of 8 (long story)

Tea has half the amount compared to instant coffee and a third of filter coffee.

About 2 to 3 of each a day coffee seems to dehydrate you more.
I drink diet coke like its on tap tho i do drink 2L of water too tho to stop the headaches and keep me "consistant" ahem.
