Default Clutch Query on 107

Good Morning

Could someone please advice me. I have had the Clutch replaced on My Peugeot 107 at the main dealers. The clutch cover rivets had failed.

they damaged the osf drive shaft seal which caused me to loose my transmission oil so my faith in them has gone out the window.

the query i have is that the clutch pedal now sits approx 2 inch higher than my brake pedal and i seem to have a lot of free play before ant resistance is felt.

can i remove the free play by adjusting the cable. Thanks

Think you need to have very strong words with the service manager. If you don't get satisfaction send a blistering email to customer service department, perhaps with a copy to Peugeot CEO

You can't adjust masses of free play travel. Needs fixing proper, like. Should be 18-28
Mm of free play at the pedal, end. Being anal I set mine to 23.

Only Vauxhall use pedal height as a measure of adjustment.
