About bleedin' time. Bash the state spongers - have more than 2 kids - no additional benefit. Labour now responding - what a load of shash - it's all bs - doesn't address the budget at all. What planet are these people on?

What a bleedin' con, protect the rich, unrealisic predictions, no help for anyone trying to improve their lot, doesn't address the real world issues at all. What planet are these people on?.

Or perhaps somewhere between these two posts?.

Roger.

What a strange set of changes for road tax. Either a cheap or crippling first year's tax for new cars, then a standard 140 across the board.

The thing is this...

Labour (now known as the red Tories) are not in any position to be an effective opposition, even if they had won every seat in Scotland they still wouldn't have enough seats which is in part due to the media led scaremongering campaign .. but even if they were an effective opposition they have lost their root values and embraced Blair'ism and gravy train / nest feathering, so don't expect any ranting or raving demanding a return to common sense and decency.

Here in Scotland there is a hope for something different...
