Hi Folks
I want to service my 806 HDi rear brakes.
However try as I might - I cannot get the drums off.
Whacked it, heated it, oiled it, swore at it - but no use.
The hub turns OK so the handbrake is not stuck on.
The manual says:
Difficult to remove brake drums can be freed by inserting a small cylindrical drift, or a small screwdriver, to push the handbrake adjusting lever away from the brake shoe.
I've tried this, but I'm not certain I have it right.
What is the secret?
Thanks
C.T.
