Default Esso 4HP20... Any idea where to buy for my 206?

I'm told this is the correct oil for my car's automatic gearbox. However I can't find it anywhere? A website suggested the Fluide XLD FE oil is also compatible and isn't that expensive.

Does anyone know exactly how much oil I will need for my new transmission and what I can use? Thanks

Oh :/ Why does the Oils/Lubricant section of the Haynes 206 list "Auto Transmission Oil - Esso 4HP20-AL4?

Ooooh. Thank you, the book wasnt very descriptive in that area and judging google, a lot of people have made my same mistake. My mechanic said he'll sort it, so at least I can stop baffling myself lol
