Default diagbox very slow

I have loaded diagbox on to one of my toughbooks and it is very slow to start up. Any ideas why?
PP2000 was nice and quick. I am thinking of reverting back.
I might try it on a proper laptop as i suspect a bit more processor power / memory is required

The toughbook i installed it on only has 248Mb Ram and an 1100 centrino! if it is slow on yours then imagine on this!
PP2000 is perfectly fine by itself.

I put Diagbox on an Asus Netbook and it runs terribly. PP on an older Netbook with less RAM runs much faster.
