Default newbie from norway

I just got myself a free 307SW (diesel estate)
done loads of work on it over the last month or so and about to tackle the inner tie rod, it looks like a pain to get the rubber boot off, any advice?

the list of things i did already are as follows:
wing mirror plastics right hand side,
turbo boost selenoid had a broken wire
ABS had a fault (was a bolt stuck between the hub and sensor!)
new pads and disks front
new springs and top mounts front
CV boot one side
brake pipe repair at the back near the tank
and the obvious bulbs.... i did about 8 bulbs! is there a trick to stop it blowing them?
ive got a couple of LED ones now...
thanks in advance!

Quality brand name bulbs rather than big box store nonames.
Make sure the regulator on the alternator is working properly and does not put out excessively high voltage.
Poor roads with lots of vibrations will also shorten the bulb life.

so the car is over at the workshop awaiting its fate for tomorrow.
did all the steering linkages (tie rods? track rods?) and toe is set at 0mm i will check the tyres in a few days just to be sure that it has all gone right.
now its only to get insurance and go pick up the licence plates
(the red ones are temporary plates i used for test driving when fault finding the ABS problem)
fingers crossed it all goes well...
also another thing, the steering ram has leaked a bit from the left seal, are these totally a non servicable item or will i be able to do it? (bearing in mind i have an education in fork truck mechanics and i can strip a hydraulic ram with my eyes closed) it looked like it was possibly a totally sealed unit? and possibly heat pressed together? i didnt really take a good look at it though..
