Default Peugeot Expert Tepee - Rear seats and air suspension questions

I'm a newbie to the forum having picked up a 2011 Expert Tepee on 23,000 miles this weekend ..... so hello to everyone

Firstly the car seems to automatically lower and raise itself. I'm assuming it's to do with air suspension. Is this a standard feature of the vehicle or only fitted to ex-motability vehicles and can someone give me idiots guide on how it works, the benefits and should I be aware of any issues??

Rear seats - The rear configuration is a double and single fixed back seat. Naively I assumed I could remove the double seat and keep the single fitted. This seems not be the case. Is there any way round this so I can travel with just the rear single seat fitted??

Any feedback and advice would be appreciated
