Default Peugeot expert 151 reg brakes promble

Hi guys I have a expert and the brake pedal goes down 3/4 way befor it gets you feel a pedal now the brake will stop u but the travel on the brake pedal is way to much I have bleed the system to see if there was any air but there was none I then and went and got a new master cylinder and still the same when u press the brake pedal and pump it up there is a rock solid pedal but hole it and it's goes slowly to the floor and when driving the van the brake pedal goes 3/4 ways down befor u feel a pedal I changed the discs and pads also put a new calliper on as I found if u clamp the left front brake pipe u get a great solid pedal and if u clamp any other wheel it makes no difference ever hear of it befor

With the engine off, pump the pedal until it is rock solid.

Press the pedal down and keep it pressed down, then turn the engine on.

The pedal should begin to feel softer as the engine starts. Give a rough estimate of how long it takes the pedal to go fully "soft".

Hi jimmy I pumped the pedal till hard and then started the van the pedal went soft straight away but it took 8 seconds befor the pedal stop
