Default Help won’t start after new gearbox

Hi all, help needed got a expert on an 05 best van ever and clutch went which the garage replaced, after putting clutch in started ok etc but gearbox went as well so they put in a second hand box next it would not start!! They then said maybe the crank sensor hole in the new box was in the wrong place on the box so then took it off the box and put the insides of the new box in the case of the old box , they then put it all back in and it will still not start but if they spray easy start it will run! They then replaced the crank sensor.. still won’t start anyone got any ideas what it could be ????
Thanks

It’s a 1.9 turbo engine, they said they checked the sensor which has a pulse reading but going to change it anyway tomorrow this has been in the garage for a few weeks so I’ve started to pull my hair out as need the van.

No its not unless someone has changed it and if it was a 1.9 turbo it would not have a crank sensor !!

Yes they checked it has fuel going to the pump and to injectors ! The sensor is on the gear box they said they have checked but going to replace. Maybe it’s a 2l turbo not 1.9

Need the right info !!

2 litre sensors get broken if left in gearbox during removal 1.9 engine has 2 lugs on flywheel that get broken

1.9 turbo has NO SENSOR

Garage sounds like cowboys !

They need a computer to check for fuel not opening pipes you CANNOT do that on an HDI engine

They need someone who understands what the computer is saying

3 things need looked at NOT CODES

LIVE DATA
1 engine speed this tells you if crank sensor works
2 fuel pressure needs to be around 300 bar
3 cam and crank sync needs to say YES

if these 3 things are correct it will start
