Question Expert EGR and OBD

Recently i had my EGR replaced as it fell apart. Since having it back its not quite got the power it had. The turbo is working but i think i might have an air leak or blockage somewhere. I also took a gamble on a cheap OBD scanner and to my surprise it works.

Just 3.99 off ebay using it with torque lite for android.

Ive made a recording to see if anyone else thinks something is a miss or can anyone else make a recording to compare? Its an expert teepee 2L Hdi 2007. No error codes present.

Don't know what proper boost should be on a 2.0hdi but I reckon it should be much higher than 0.1psi at 2000rpm. Only thing is that readings would maybe be much higher if the engine was under load rather than you just revving it in neutral.
