Default expert cab eletrical problem

hi, i have an 03 1.9d expert, when ignition is off i have no power in cab, clock, radio memmory, interior lights and central locking wont work, with ignition on, clock works, pulling door button operates central locking, interior lights work.
i think i've traced the problem to something called a [shorting link connector] which almost all the ign off power goes through for cab electrics, all the fuses downstream of this are dead untill the ignition is on.
my question is were is it ?, i've looked all over, on the wiring diagram its x92, its really a fuseable link i suppose.
apparently other vehicles have them and can be difficult to locate, plus i dont know what looks like ?.
any ideas.
mike.
