Default 2009 Expert Tepee Air Suspension

Hi, I've searched the forums thoroughly and the threads didn't quite help enough. I've fitted steel springs and now need help disabling the air suspension in Diagbox. I have version 7.62 but I cannot find the BSI setting for normal/air sus. I can disable the the air sus ecu, test all the air input/output solenoids, but not find the option to change the basic type. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance.

It should not really be necessary to disable it but it will be in BSI configuration of options somewhere IF you are able to do it.

I have seen it show up on some cars depends on vehicle and version of diagnostic software you are using as to where it is every version is different.

Thanks for reply. I want to get rid of the "suspension faulty" message on start up and the permanent dash light. It throws these when it realises there is something amiss (ie no air springs). Tried PP2000 as well but fewer options available in that, as you'd expect. I've read of dealers being able to do it for a fee, but seeing as I've shelled out for Lexia...

Hi, unfortunately not. From what I could gather it is a dealer only activity. Gave up in the end. Sorry I can't help you any further.

I put springs on my 09 tepee too and to kill the light pull the wires apart at the compressor.

Disconnect the battery pull the plug apart reconnect battery and do the bsi resset boom light out.
