Default 3 Ltrs Eolys Powerflex DPF Additive Kit

I noticed this on ebay last week and made a offer (£95), came today and 100% genuine with all of the filling pipes and overflow bottle. So if need some (Blue connector on the additive tank) worth a punt as its around £185 from a dealer

Places like Euro Car Parts sell it much cheaper than main dealers too, £35 per litre in local shop, and there was a larger, possibly 3 litre, for about £110.

The only issue is the PAT Fluid they sell is claimed to be compatible but not approved by PSA and they only appear to sell one type while PSA sell three two of which are incompatable so I stick with the original fluid

It all depends on the year of the vehicle. Early ones used DPX42.

Around 2004 it changed to Eolys 176.

The one sold by ECP is compatible with the Eolys 176, but not with DPX42.

Personally I would be more wary of stuff sold on Ebay, you never know what someone might have put in the bottle.

Powerflex is the fluid designed after DPX42 so it will be for the newer cars.

I could do a trade order of the DPX42 through my company but guessing the minimum order quantity will be a drum..... lol
