Default PP2000 does not read Bipper van

Hi,
I have PP2000 and have been using it for some time on my 206 and other members cars.
My brother in law has a Peugeot Bipper van 2010,initally when I first tried to use pp2000 it would not read it saying I need 9780.x4 which I brought (arrived yesterday) hooked it up and still there is no reply from any of the ECU's .
Am I missing something which I need to download? or is there any way of checking the new part that arrived yesterday, there is a switch on the new box and I have tried it both ways.
The van has a immobiliser on it so I had the engine running when I tried to test the ECU's.
Anybody had this problem before ? and what was the outcome.
Thanks for reading Phil.

Planet wont read any of the vans except experts and partners

Reason for that is bipper and boxer are both fiat based you need a small adapter box then it will read it even then it wont do everything it can do on a real peugeot sounds like thats what you have your experience is same as mine i just use a delphi diagnostic for them.

The adaptor box you mention is it one of these

As this is the item which I have just brought
If that doesn't work would a OBD11 Bluetooth reader work?

Thanks for your input.
