Question need help with headlights

I have tried to install hdi headlights didn't work ?
i put normal bulb back not working either ? there is 12v going into headlamp main plug but the plug that goes to the bulb there is only 2v and the levelling motor isn't working aswell is it possible to blow the wiring in the headlamp itself oh and i have checked the fuses
need some help its a bugger driving through those country lanes with only one headlight !!!
please please can anybody help?????

according to the Haynes manual there are four fuses for the headlights in the main fusebox.
f9 LH dipped beam
f10 RH dipped beam
f11 RH main beam
f12 LH main beam.

if not the fuses then you may have damaged the BSI. are the instrument lights working?

then its says fuse f12 in the bsi but not sure where the bsi is? might be under the bonnet.
this fuse is for rh sidelights licence plates light. instrument light. cig lighter. headlamp levelling...

whats the bsi
i have checked all the fuses
and the instruments lights are fine

hi all other lights are working on that side ie side full beam and indicater
