Default management light on/off

hello i have a 2004 boxer lwb van when in 5th gear at around 3000 revs the engine light comes on when accelerating and goes off when decelerating i have changed the fuel filter recently but it was happening befor that any help is great thanks

Can be the result of different causes. you need PP2000 diagnostics

a garage tried that and found no codes recorded ?

Tell them to do a road test to replicate the fault while reading live data

Codes are just 1 part of diagnostics !

Which garage and did they use Planet or a generic code reader? Only Planet USED PROPERLY will get to the bottom of most faults.
