Default Central locking key stolen

During house burglary, one of the cab's central locking keys was stolen (Peugeot Boxer 333). We still have one. Can the central locking system be altered and new keys issued so that it cannot be opened with the existing keys?

if you reprogram the keys it will delete the old one but the key blade will still unlock manually but it wont start the vehicle

First thing would be as trustme says - get the key you have reprogrammed which will deactivate the stolen key. This will prevent the burglars from driving away with the car but unfortunately, won't prevent them being able to unlock the car with the key blade and use the key to disengage the steering lock which would make it easier to get the car onto a tow truck / carrier.

If you decide to get a spare key, this can be added to the car as a recognised key by reprogramming both keys together. The best and safest option would also be the most expensive entailing a new set of door locks & ignition barrel with keys. This would be the only way to prevent them coming back with the stolen key and taking the car.

You could go down the route of getting an ECU / BSI / Ignition Barrel, Door Locks & Keys from a breakers but that entails a bit more work and altering the vehicle displayed mileage which even though it's a cab could increase the mileage on the display.
