Default Boxer immobilizer problem

I got -06 boxer and had to do cold start. Car started just before battery goes empty. Immobilizer switched on and can't get it of. Emergency mode works with key code but in PP2000 says that code is wrong when trying put new code to ecu. Is the ecu broken or did i do something wrong?

boxer is a fiat system so resetting keys is different to doing it on a peugeot

Depends what is really wrong you say emergency mode works im assuming thats where you press accelerator or whatever to match the numbers on code to override immobiliser to allow starting if so thats a fiat thing not a peugeot thing so planet wont recognise that code
