Default Boxer 2001 2.8 HDI Won`t start after engine replacement

Previous owner had a engine crash and he replaced it with a used engine, but he could not get the car to start.
I have checked if the engine gets diesel from the pump and it does, can the solenoid have something to do about this?
I think it is the immobilizer because the manual says a codelamp in the instrument panel should either light up and disappear if working OR light up and flash if its something wrong, but it does not light up at all in my panel.
I have checked the lightbulb behind the instrumentpanel and also the wires and its ok.
Someone said it could be a large fuse for the immobilizer that is blown but where is that fuse located?
I have checked all the normal fuses I can find and theyre ok.
Can I bypass the immobilizer in some way?
I have checked the switch (inertia switch) for cutting the dieselsupply and its ok.
WHY doesn`t the keycode lamp for the immobilizer light up?
The engine cranks but does not start.
Any help would be much appreciated !!
Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Leon
Any help is MUCH appreciated !

You need Peugeot Planet Diagnostics , immobiliser would be my bet

Probably need to recode keys , did he put original injectors back in these will more than likely need coding.

Oh, Sounds expensive But you think the keys needs to be recoded even if the keycode lamp does not light up at all?
Theres is no fuses I can check?

Thank you for answering!

Nice As you say, The problem is most likely the immobox and the keys and injectors but shouldn`t the codekey lamp light up either way?

It blows I know :P Damn, so I have to get it recoded.
Is it enough to just send in the immobox with keys or must the whole van in?

I`m so FU*king curious about that light and why it`s not lit, do you have any info to where I can find a wiring diagram or similar ?

You need to put it on PP2000 for starters , ask "Risky1" for wiring diagram ,but something needs coded whether it`s injectors or keys , something is stopping it starting and my money`s on the immobiliser .

Hi again

I have read some posts regarding the PP2000 and I found this link to buy it: Lexia-3,Lexia 3 Citroen&Peugeot Diagnostic,Peugeot Diagnostic tool,china Lexia-3,Lexia-3 Manufactures-Professional Diagnostic Tools [sp08] - $99.99 :

The big question is, is the program userfriendly so I can find the errors and do the recoding myself?
I am a mechanic with normal to good knowledge of datasystems
