Default boxer 2.0 hdi pulling to kerbside when accelerating

Hi there
was hoping you guys can help me !!
ive got a 2005 boxer and when i bought it the gear box was faulty, I had a garage fit another box and everything seemed ok, for a couple of days, running around locally, but the first time we went on the motorway with it I noticed that it was drifting to the kerb under acceleration, a bit like a side wind hitting me it has got worse over the past few weeks and got to the stage where i find it scary, We have changed the strut top bearings to no avail and ive had it over a pit at a local garage and they couldn't find anything wrong!. could something have been missed off when the box was changed ?? it feels like something is twisting to be honest wen driving it but that could be just me !!!
