Hi There,

Can someone help me regarding the my 306 Tailgate question.

Will a V reg (1999) 306 1.6 Meridian tailgate boot door fit on a S reg (1999) 306 XS.

s reg will be phase 2 v reg will be phase 3 but main difference is lights tailgates will fit although may be slightly different same with front end phase 2 and 3 basically the same just lighting changes

Thanks for your reply.

I have a 3 door. I'm hoping the phase change won't be to substantial for the boot door.

The main difference I can see is that the washer jet is at the top of the tailgate rather then from the wiper arm.

I was just hoping to find out whether it would fit on and close properly?

The door is going for 25 is it worth buying to test out? Not the biggest loss if it doesn't

I'd ask on pug306.net before committing , there are far more active 306 drivers on there.
