Default Take apart headlights

Hi,

I'm needing to take apart my headlights on my 307 but can't seem to work out how to separate the plastic from the glass?

I see there are small clips around it but I feel like I'm missing something as it won't come away from each other.

They are glued together clips are just for location during assembly while the glue sets.

They can be opened using brute force and a heat gun but its not easy

People over on the 206 forum where putting headlamps in the oven on a low heat to soften the glue so they could remove the lens.

Can be opened using a heat gun and even in an oven, but think is not for newbies doing it, needs some tricky feeling to avoid reheat any part. But it is possible.

Cheers,
