Default How do i remove these?

Hi there.

I'm fixing a Peugeot 1007 after a collision. I'm cutting the sill out Monday and welding a new piece in. I could do with removing the wing to get better access to the sill.

The problem being, i can't work out i remove the wing. Usually on peugeots, you just remove the nuts and bolts. On this car though, it's different.

As you can see, this is what is visible. These need to be removed.

And this view is from the underneath.

Does anybody have an idea on how to remove these fastenings? What happened to the 10mm bolts?

they look like rivets to me ,cut /grind them off and weld captive nuts on when your done
good idea to drill some 1/8th holes before to help align later
