Default Airbag/Seatbelt Fault

Hey, earlier today we had a dog in our 207, when he started going under the passenger car seat and all of a sudden the dashboard lit up saying there was a airbags/seatbelt fault. I immediately knew the dog chewed through the cables under the seat. As the cable is not easily accessible. Could it be soldered of would the whole cable need to be rewired? If so how much is it likely to cost?

It can be soldered. On older 306s and 307s we usually have to do that.

Just make sure you disconnect the battery and wait 30 minutes before doing so.
