Default bipper wipers cut engine

thinking of buying a bipper a 62 or a 64 reg, when I went to the 62 reg one it started then g=cut out when I turned the wipers on? any one heard of this before?

anyone who would not buy one? seen lots of things on the engines not lasting long. cheers ste

Bipper is more fiat than peugeot and the main problems are the fusebox under the bonnet gets damp causing issues like you mention

The engines that fail are the 1.3 fiat based one the gearboxes are not very strong either

its only to carry tools about, not going to be used for heavy stuff, how do you know what engine is in them? the 64 reg is a 1.3 turboed engine. cheers for your reply

1.3 is fiat engine all modern diesels are turboed
