Default Anti poolution fault lack of power

Well after finally getting my car fixed after the comms 2000 unit breaking it had a couple of weeks working but is now up to its old tricks. Over the past week it has been struggling and having more and more lack of power. It also occasionally kept kangarooing where we would put the foot on the accelerator but no acceleration or revving until it reached 3000rpm then it would over rev and shoot off like a rocket - lasted for a couple of miles then went back to just lack of power. Today the Orange engine light has come on the anti- pollution fault has popped up on the screen and is here to stay. It still drives - just with a severe lack of power struggles up hills and getting up speed on a motorway.

Any ideas of what it is before I take it too the garage or off a cliff!!

You need a diagnostic, it could be one of several things and wouldn't be right for us to make suggestions and you throw the wrong parts at it.

You could try removing the particulate filter and rinsing it through with a hose, it would also tell you whether it is blocked.
