Default Reverse Lights

Looking for any information about reverse lights, mine don't seem to be working, don't know when this started. I have a towbar fitted, don't think this is the problem, I have looked up manual about fuses but it doesn't list a fuse that covers reverse lights, mine is a 59 plate SW. Any advice much appreciated

Have been looking up some details and it could possibly be reverse switch, are these hard to fit? can it be done at home or is it required to go into a garage?

The reverse light are normally routed via a switch in the trailer socket (when plug inserted disconnects lights etc to stop reverse beepers etc.) so check there first.
