Peugeot 407 Dual air condition issue
I have a Peugeot 407 SW HDi 2007, dual zone.
The Air Condition only works on the drivers side, the left side. On the right side its hot, or at least outdoor temperature.
I suppose it is problem with the heater flaps.
I removed the glove compartment, on the cars right side. I can see two motors, i removed them, and can not see any damage on the gears.
If i manually turn on the upper flap, it seems like it directing the air upwards and downwards.
If i manually turn the lower flap, i can not notice any reaction. Is it the lover flap that determines the heat/cooling.
I can not feel if the flap are broken. Or is i looking on wrong place?
Maybe I'm totally wrong, and the problem is not the heater flaps.
Thank you very much.

You need to remove the top central vent from the dashboard and look down into the 2 vents to see the flaps.
There are plenty of utube videos showing flap issues and repairs. There might be a thread on this forum on repairs. There is a thread HERE listing repairers in the UK.
