Default Peugeot 407 blown turbo

I have a 407 1.6 hdi now needing its 3rd turbo after 11,000 miles. Parts department will not do replacement foc and work shop have no idea why it has gone again any ideas???.((((((

Wrong oil? there`s talk of a new sump for the 1.6 which holds more oil, see if you can get a new cartridge for your turbo should work out alot cheaper if you can get someone in the trade to split it.

or is blocked oil pipe there is some piece to remove after change turbo

There`s meant to be a piece of gauze on them that blocks , whereabouts is that ?

service box say like that this strainer C inside screw shouldbe removed from before changing new pipe.and check oil presurre 1,5 slow rpm 2,2 3000rpm

If the engine is free from sludge...the oil pickup in the sump is clean the turbo feed pipe gause has been removed then i'd say you may have an oil pressure problem.
As magma1974 has said above check the oil pressure.
