Default P1351 glow plugs replaced. Now what?

So I had a p1351 fault code with a message on the dash of risk of particle filter clogging. The diagnostic says pre/post heating relay circuit relay controlled and spark plugs not supplied. Tested the relay and it clicks on and off so I assume that was OK.

Glow plugs were replaced with the garage reportingf that all 4 had burnt out.
I have tried to clear the fault code but it keeps coming back.

I also have the anti pollution fault, presumably because it's been unable to regenerate.

Does it need to regenerate before he faults can be cleared or could something else be wrong?

Antipollution is nothing directly to do with DPF or regens it is simply peugeots software telling you SOMETHING is wrong you need more info to decide what is causing the display of the message.

Cars WILL regen without glowplugs depending on type of driving you do my 307 regens fine with a fuel cap sensor fault !! when i always thought they would not but i do lots of long runs in it.

Have a look at live data for the DPF fluid load etc
