Default Knocking from left front wheel

Hi I have some knocking at some occations from left front side of car.

Case is that frip joints seem to be tight enough, and they were apparently changed about 1 year ago (and it's been doing this more or less since I bought it 10 months ago).

The knocking is usually only happening during quite hard acceleration, especially during "wheelspin".

Once in a while I can also hear it during hard braking, but usually just on hard acceleration, it's not just one knock, but like it's something knocking forth and back several times in a rather quick frequency.

Can it be the bottom bush that is knackered, or is that likely to have other symptoms?

Any ideas appreciated as I think I need to do something about this soon now...
