Intermittent abs/esp warning
hi all,have a pug 407sw 2006 1.6hdi.
got something weird going on?,i can drive around for weeks and weeks localy and no probs,if i travel somewhere at above 55mph for a constant 10 mins or more it throws up ABS/ESP/FAULT WARNING.
over time ive changed the speed sensor TWICE to n/s/f wheel that was showing fault and now begining to wonder if it might be the 'pickup' in the wheel bearing that is more likely the cause?.a recent scan said something along the lines of 'speed sensor signal intermittant fault' if i recall.would this show up as that if it was the bearing pickup sensor?.
its not a 2 minute job to change bearing, and it has zero play or noise,so didnt want to change it just to see......if you see
thanks in advance for any help or advice

Built into the wheel bearing on the 407, need to make sure which way round bearing is pressed in otherwise it cant pickup from sensor. Have you had it on planet or just a generic reader ??
