Hello,
I need to take out bsi1 to install two wires in socket 40v BA.
My steering wheel is left side.
I remove left side cover, small glove box, light regulation unit with plastic.
But I dont understand how to get out this unit from white plastic box.

How get out them?

i take it that he's talking about the 407.
i don't know if the bsi position is different on a left hand drive but on a right hand drive the bsi is positioned behind the passenger side glove box.
the procedure on a right hand drive is as follows.

1. disconnect battery!!

2. remove the glove box.

3. remove the small fuse box and plastic cowling and move it out of the way.

4. to remove the bsi, push the bottom of the bsi up and towards the front as this will move the bsi along a guide and once it has reached the top of the guide you will be able to move the bottom of the bsi towards you and let it drop back down the guide this will allow you better access to the wiring and you can remove all the connectors from the bsi.

5. push the bsi back up and follow the the guide towards you to remove the bsi completely.

installation is reverse of removal and peugeot has helpfully written which colour connecter goes into which socket on the bsi in french!
