Default Heated seats...

Hi there, how good are the heated seats on the 407? I have an 06 Zenith and you can barely tell that the seats are on.

The seat switches both light up when the lights are on and they both heat up but they are both equally lukewarm to the point you can't tell that they are on.

I would find it strange for both switches to go at the same time or for them both to fail at exactly the same rate, yet if the fuse had gone I would assume that they would not light up when the lights are on... am I right?

Could there be any other explanation?

I've got heated leather seats in one of my 407 Coupes and they get much more than luke warm, warm to the touch in 2 minutes and I switch them off after five minutes. I only use them on frosty days.
