Default Fuse 15 blowing but no fault found on test

Hi,

My 10/2009 407 Sport HDi 163 is blowing fuse No 15. It has blown 4 in the last 4 weeks.
I took it into a Peugeot dealer for a check. Much to my surprise the reported that no fault was found.
They suggested returning the vehicle for further examination without replacing the blown fuse. All good and well but this fuse controls the instrument panel so no working instruments.

In the meantime I've stocked up on spare 15 A fuses and all drivers have been trained in fuse replacement.

I pointed out to the technician that I suspected the fault is in the electric seat adjustment because three failures where when a seat adjustment was being made. The fourth was when the heated front window was switched. On all 4 occasions the engine had just been started but the vehicle was still stationary.

Any suggestions please?

David
