Default fault code P0098

hi all i have fault code P0098 on my 2005 407,i know it is a problem with air temperature after exchanger.
i assume it is a sensor gone wrong but cannot find out where the sensor is to be able to replace it.
hopefully someone out there can point me in the right direction.
cheers
