Default error messages on indicators and brake lights

Hi is there a modification on the rear light cluster everytime I put drivers side indicator on I get brake light fault then no bulb blown and everytime I put brake on I get same for drivers side indicator bulb any ideas

Take the connectors of the rear light clusters and apply some grease, seems to clean then up and cure the problem, i used a spray of WD40 but wouldnt reccomend that !
