Default Actuator for hot and cold air.

Hi
On the picture bellow which actuator is responsible for letting hot air to the cabin ?
A white flap (no.3) is rotating when I need to change air flow bottom/driver/windscreen/auto and I can hear it is working. But I can not get any hot air
Is no.1 for hot air and no.2 for cold or is it no.1 left side no.2 right side ?
cheers

Do you have dual climate?

Not sure what your no 3 is....

The actuators you have labelled no1 and no2 will control air direction and hot/cold. Not sure which is which on your pic or which side of car we are looking at, another pic zoomed out a bit might help.

The higher of the two actuators does the air direction and the lower one does the hot/cold.

Thanks for answer.that photo was made from passanger side and the no3was a flap which was moving when change air durection.I belive it has got an actu.ator on the opposite side.the thing is you can only see a little bit of it and I can not be sure if the flao is working properly. But before blaming flaps I am gonna check actuators.
