Whats an AC Air Grille? Do you mean the Condensor (The rad in the front) ? If thats the case for fear of sounding like a Kill joy you need to take it to a specialist as AC gas is seriously dagerous to the ozone layer and you can be prosecuted for releasing it into the atmosphere!

top vent

in response to taking vent out so you can see the other flaps,, its not hard just leaver it off with a blunt knife to free it seems to work better if you start from the rear and slide knife in and along,,you will find it pops off after a while just take it easy,,,,,

I tried that, but I had a feeling I will break it or something. Also, somebody said I have to take out the radio and display first...

Didn't really think I needed to repeat it as it is quite easy.
I already told you to take out the stereo and screen. That is to undo these two bolts.

And you seem to doubt that you need to do this?

Well take a look here then, maybe you'll be convinced?
You might wanna focus in the middle of the two red circles.

And just to be sure I'll repeat myself again, you are taking off the front middle vents and the top vent as one unit.

I didn't doubt, but if somebody says:"...you can just just leaver it off with a blunt knife.." without unscrewing these two screws I wanted to know if that is even possible. I did what you said(I removed the radio and display and unscrewed both sides), but the vent is holding on like crazy. I really have a feeling I will break it if I use force.

Tnx for helping.

Ok, fair enough. Was a bit morning grumpy here so sorry for that also :)

Well I thought I broke both mine and my fathers one when it finally came loose, but all plastic mounting points actually still were in one piece.

Loosen it in front first, should come partly off, then the rear point it a bit harder to get loose, but I just had to pull hard in the end.
