Default 407sw rear wiper dropping

I have seen load sof 407sw's where the rear wiper drops a lot from its natural resting horizontal position, mine is beginning to but not by much, I have tightened the bolt as hard as a physically can but it still drops slightly, is there an easy fix/reason for this? thanks

Mine's the opposite. It's starting to go up rather than down.

I haven't had a look yet so not sure, it's only gone up about an inch so I can live with it at the moment. I'll update when I do actually try & do something about it.
