Default 407 sw issues.

She seems to lose power going up hill. Egr is cleaned it's was sticking. There is a whistle when I take my foot off the accelerator?? She used to throw me back into my seat but the power just isn't there anymore. Any ideas??

SHE probably has a vacuum leak but you dont say what engine she has

Check her plumbing then under the intake manifold the vac pipes all join to a capsule the pipes split and leak meaning no turbo control

Yea sounds like a vacuum leak. Check front left of engine, the vacuum pipes go into a T piece that likes to break. Can also come off at the other end.
