Default 407 Rear Disc Brakes

Can anybody give me any advice on the rear calipers of a 407. I need to change the pads and im going to do the discs at the same time. How do you retract the brake caliper cylinder. Is there a Tool I need or can I use something that I might have in my tool box to return the cylinder into caliper. Rear disc brakes are not a strong point of mine
