Default 407 2.0 hdi boost problems

Hi all am a new be here . The issues I have is, I have just been given a 407 2.0 hi sw off my day and it needed a new engine that's been fitted . The issue is the boost one min is seems fine and pulls like 10 men next min it's spoiles up then backs off RE spoils and backs off and feels under powered any thoughts would be really helpful

Check ALL the vacuum pipes you most likely are loosing vacuum

Other possibilities are EGR valve and the repeat sensor on turbo but ac is most likely plenty posts on the subject on here

OK cheers is there any where I can find a diagram to trace all the vacuum pipes. J was wondering if may be a boost solenoid problem leaving the waste open a but on boost sometimes the one under the engine I was reading on Google about it's operation but not really in the know on them
