Exclamation Windscreen washer do not work

Hello!, I introduce myself, I'm from Chile and I am new to the forum. I have a Peugeot 406 ST 1.8 2001 and I find the following problem.

The windscreen washer do not work. When I pull the stalks towards me, nothing happens, no spray, no action wiper and pump no sound.

I checked the fuses under the hood and the interior fusebox and everything is ok!. I checked the connector and has a signal (approx. 11 volts). When disconnecting the pump and pull the stalks toward me as wipers work properly when running (except the washer obviusly), but when the pump is switched on again, there is no action.

Replace the pump by a new one, however, the problem persists. I tried the original pump connecting it directly to the 12V battery and works perfectly so the problem is not the pump.

Any idea what that might be? Please help me!

Thanks!

Thanks!

With comms unit you mean the COM2000? But if the problem of COM2000 ought not get signal to the pump connector or am I wrong? Because there comes a signal of approx. 11 volts.

We tested with a power meter (tester light) on the pump connector and the power is low, the light barely illuminates when compared to direct tester car battery is connected.

Yes, i tested with the wipers pulled to spray. However, i have only signal of 11 volts in the connector of pump, but the power is very low, the light on the tester just lights.

The wipers operate properly under conditions of rain, but in the use of windscreen washer where the problem.

If the wipers wipe but no spray when pulled then check the pump because they are common to go also check eck the fuse for the pump it's under the bonnet

I think I explain evil, the wipers work properly for rain, but when the lever is pulled towards me to work with spray, the wipers do not work and no spray.

The pump works properly, we try connecting it directly to the 12V battery and is ok! and we checked the fuses and they are all fine.

If it were the COM which is in poor condition, just as you would get signal at the pump connector when testing the spray function??? I clarify that we have measured directly in the connector without the installed pump and when the pump is not installed and tested with spray function, the wipers operate. But when connecting the pump these stop working in the spray function.
