Default rear camber ajustment

Does anyone now what position the the bolt with an oval flange on the rear track arm should be

It should be wherever sets the camber correctly!

ok The above sets the tracking not the Camber. Where is the Camber adjustment. As the shockers are set at a angle is there a adjustment hiding somewhere.

That bolt is the only adjustment and it does set the camber although it is not true camber adjustment as it also does to a point adjust the tracking.
