Default My 406 won't move.

Parked my car in the driveway yesterday. Now when I start the car and put it into gear it won't move. It feels like the brake is on. The car is in gear and tries to go forward or backward when in 1st gear or reverse. I tried putting the car in neutral and pushing it. Doesn't roll at all. Can it be a problem with the brakes? Thoughts and suggestions appreciated

Default Rear wheel on passenger side is the problem

Thanks for the reply. I checked and the rear wheel on the driver's side rotates normally, but the rear wheel on the passenger side does not. It does rotate freely back and forth about half a centimeter and the brake pads are not sitting against the disc. Is this consistent with with an e-brake issue or could it be something else?

Handbrake shoes have probably fell apart and are jamming the hub
